The store the decoded sketch keeps its bins in. Defaults to
collapsingLowestStore at 4096 bins, where sketches-go’s FromProto
takes a dense store: a message of a few dozen bytes can name two bins
billions of indices apart, and a dense store would allocate every slot
between them. Pass denseStore() for sketches-go’s behavior on
trusted input.
