The mapping factory that bins values. Defaults to bitwiseMapping, the mapping sketches-java’s fast sketch uses and the fastest, adding about twice as fast as the log mapping in the benchmarks; take logMapping for the fewest bins. The interpolated mappings exist to match sketches built with them by Datadog’s libraries.

The store factory that holds each sign’s bins. Defaults to collapsingLowestStore at 4096 bins, about 19 orders of magnitude at 1% with the default mapping, which bounds memory while keeping the tails accurate.
